  • Requests for refunds on fiber and yarn 1. must be made within 14 days of USPS delivery confirmation; 2. goods must be in their original form; and 3. must have prior approval from River's Edge Fibr Arts to be considered for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

    Opened, damaged or used products are considered final sales.

    Equipment products are covered by manufacturer's limited warranties. Equipment and associated products are final sales.

    Reduced priced merchandise are final sales.
